N3B’s Apprenticeship Program is a collaboration with Northern New Mexico College. Participants in this two-year program are paid to work alongside highly skilled nuclear professionals while taking courses to earn an associate’s degree and become qualified as a nuclear operator.

What We Do
- New Mexico-registered apprenticeship program based on DOE Order 426.2 for nuclear operators
- Help ship legacy waste generated during Manhattan Project and Cold War off-site for disposal
