Compensation
We offer competitive base salaries, signing and retention bonuses and relocation packages. Additionally we offer exceptional performance awards and SPOT awards for significant achievements and contributions to our work. Employees who recommend candidates will receive a referral bonus if those candidates are hired.
Health Care
N3B offers employees two comprehensive, high quality medical plan options that include prescription drug coverage. These options feature a network of doctors and specialists. We offer a premium plan and a high deductible plan, which should cover your health care needs.
Dental
N3B employees will receive dental care through our Delta Dental Plan.

All prescription drugs will vary on individual co-payments and deductions. Out of network prescriptions are not covered.
