Employee Concerns Information

Employee Concerns Program (ECP)

  • The N3B Employee Concerns Program (ECP) is an important resource for good faith expressions by concerned N3B or contractor employees related to:
    • Environmental, safety, health, security or quality.
    • Harassment, intimidation, retaliation or discrimination.
    • Behaviors in the workplace that could be construed to potentially create a chilling effect with respect to raising concerns.
  • Anonymous, self-identified or private preliminary consultations are all options within ECP.
  • Employees and subcontractors can report concerns using any of the following methods:
    • An email to N3B-ECP@em-la.doe.gov or ECP Manager Jacqueline Dees (text or call 505-538-5809).
    • An anonymous or self-identified written communication sent to the attention of the N3B ECP, Jacqueline Dees, at 1200 Trinity Drive, Suite 150, Los Alamos, NM 87544.

Training Resources

We partner with local colleges and Universities to educate our future employees, as well as offer scholarships to enable local youth to attend college and persue degrees in the fields of environmental management and waste disposal, cleanup, storage and mitigation.
