Enrollment takes place in one of the following:

C) If you experience a life-changing qualifying event, such as marriage, divorce or legal separation; birth or adoption of a child; change in child’s dependent status; death of a spouse, child or other qualified dependent; change in residence; change in employment status; or change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan
N3B offers employees two, comprehensive, high-quality medical plan options that include prescription drug coverage through BlueCrossBlueShield of New Mexico. The options feature a network of doctors and specialists who have agreed to provide services at a discounted price. You can see providers outside of the network, but if you use the in-network providers, you will pay less.
N3B offers employees dental insurance and pays the cost of the monthly premium for the employee and approved dependents. Dental coverage is important to your overall health and wellness. You can enroll in dental benefits through Delta Dental New Mexico for yourself and your family. If you use in-network providers, you will pay less.
N3B offers employees vision insurance that entitles you to specific eye care benefits and pays the cost of the monthly premium for the employee and approved dependents. Our policy covers routine eye exams and other procedures and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
N3B offers employees Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts. N3B also offers legal insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time off benefits, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

N3B pays for the full cost of these benefits, meaning you are not responsible for paying any monthly premiums.
N3B provides full-time employees with short-term disability income benefits through The Hartford. You also have the option of buying additional, voluntary short-term and long-term disability coverage. Without disability coverage, you and your family may struggle to get by if you miss work due to an injury or illness.
