C) If you experience a life-changing qualifying event, such as marriage, divorce or legal separation; birth or adoption of a child; change in child’s dependent status; death of a spouse, child or other qualified dependent; change in residence; change in employment status; or change in coverage under another employer-sponsored plan
N3B offers employees two, comprehensive, high-quality medical plan options that include prescription drug coverage through BlueCrossBlueShield of New Mexico. The options feature a network of doctors and specialists who have agreed to provide services at a discounted price. You can see providers outside of the network, but if you use the in-network providers, you will pay less.
N3B offers employees Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts. N3B also offers legal insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time off benefits, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
Employees are eligible for a maximum of $5,250 for career-related education assistance per calendar year. The successful completion criterion for undergraduate course work is a C or better. For graduate course work the criterion is a B or better.

Life and Disability Insurance
N3B provides eligible employees with basic life insurance based on your annual earnings up to a maximum of $50,000. N3B also offers accidental death and dismemberment coverage equal to the amount of basic life. N3B pays for the full cost of these benefits, meaning you are not responsible for paying any monthly premiums.
N3B provides full-time employees with short-term disability income benefits through The Hartford. You also have the option of buying additional, voluntary short-term and long-term disability coverage. Without disability coverage, you and your family may struggle to get by if you miss work due to an injury or illness. N3B pays for the full cost of short-term disability insurance, meaning that you owe nothing out of pocket.
