Sally Chambers

Sally brings over 30 years of experience in government contracting and commercial organizations. She is recognized for her ability to build cohesive teams and develop cross-functional relationships that ensure both statutory and organizational compliance while fostering financial success, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Prior to joining N3B, Ms. Chambers served as deputy CFO and business manager for Syncom Space Services at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, overseeing all business operations for a $1.6 billion NASA program. She also served as senior finance manager for several Department of Defense outside the continental United States programs in Turkey, Afghanistan, Kuwait and other Middle East countries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Louisville and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina.
