Newport News Nuclear BWXT (“N3B”) is a prime contractor performing environmental remediation services under contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). In accordance with 10 CFR Part 719, we are seeking to identify qualified law firms to provide legal services in connection with various legal matters, including but not limited to environmental law, labor relations law, employment law, tort actions, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and compliance with federal regulations. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to gather information from interested law firms and practitioners that have the experience, expertise, and capacity to assist N3B in managing these legal matters in a manner consistent with DOE requirements and objectives.
