LOS ALAMOS, N.M.—The Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management Los Alamos Field Office (EM-LA) and Newport News Nuclear BWXT Los Alamos (N3B), the legacy cleanup contractor at Los Alamos National Laboratory, are scheduled to hold an Environmental Management Cleanup Forum on Nov. 1 to discuss recent legacy waste cleanup progress.

The forum will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. MT at Fuller Lodge in Los Alamos. Those interested in attending can also participate virtually.

The event will feature discussions on the legacy cleanup mission at LANL, including recent progress and future cleanup priorities. The program will begin with brief presentations by EM-LA and N3B, with a question and answer period to follow.
