Bret Griebenow

Bret Griebenow is the Mission Excellence Program Manager for Newport News Nuclear BWXT Los Alamos (N3B). He is responsible for integrated work control and maintenance/construction across the company, ensuring that common functions, processes and systems are implemented in all cleanup programs. His team also focuses on disciplined operations, identifying best practices to bring to N3B, and providing operational coaching and mentoring. In addition, his organization provides leadership development and drives culture change initiatives.
