Jessica Pascual

Jessica Pascual joined Newport News Nuclear BWXT Los Alamos (N3B) as compensation
program manager in August 2022 and was named human resources director in November
later that year. Jessica is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support
of N3B’s overall business plan and the strategic direction of the company in the areas of
talent management, performance management, total rewards, retention, talent
acquisition, labor relations, human resource information systems and workforce data
analytics.
