Tashia Owen

Tashia Owen joined Newport News Nuclear BWXT Los Alamos (N3B) in 2018, and since 2021 has served as chief of staff, supporting successful implementation of operations across the organization. She assists the president/general manager and the acting executive officer with daily tasks and duties and in navigating through uncertainty and risk. Tashia is also tasked with improving business functionality to align with core business goals and objectives. She also plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategy for improvements in the culture of mission excellence.
