THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INTEREST:

N3B reserves the right to award this scope of work in whole or in part. A final determination regarding the execution of the work scope has yet to be determined.
Subcontractor shall furnish qualified management, personnel, equipment, materials, supplies and facilities to perform and execute all work necessary to provide technical expertise to support the Contractor’s mission for investigating and remediating legacy waste at LANL regulated under the 2016 Compliance Order on Consent; including reviewing proposed projects to determine cultural resources compliance needs and providing project managers with site-specific project implementation requirements, as outlined in Exhibit D.

The Subcontractor will not perform any site remediation; but will provide expertise and field oversight support to the N3B Registered Archaeologist.

Instructions to Subcontractor:
Review the attached Exhibit D, Statement of Work and Technical Specifications and provide N3B with notification of interest in receiving a forthcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) and a separate numbered comprehensive list of any questions you may have regarding this project by close of business, Thursday May 9, 2024.
Provide recommendations regarding the NAICS code and Small Business Set Aside Designations.
Provide relevant teaming and/or JV information.
